DBM(Direct Blow Molding)

중공 성형은 플라스틱 패리슨을 금형에 고정하고 공기를 불어 넣은 다음 공기 압력으로 플라스틱을 밀어 금형에 맞춥니다. 플라스틱이 냉각되고 단단해지면 금형이 열리고 부품이 배출됩니다.

Direct Blow Molding

Blow molding holds a plastic parison to the mold, blowing air, and then the air pressure pushes the plastic out to fit the mold. As the plastic cools and hardens, the mold opens and the part is ejected.
