IBM(Injection Blow Molding)

첫번째 사출 공정에서 추출된 패리슨을 금형에 고정하고, 그 안에 공기를 주입합니다. 그런 다음 공기 압력이 플라스틱을 밀어내며 금형에 맞춥니다. 플라스틱이 냉각되고 단단해지면 금형이 열리고 부품이 배출됩니다.

Injection Blow Molding

In the first injection process, the extracted parison is fixed in the mold and air is injected into it. Then, air pressure pushes the plastic out to fit the mold. As the plastic cools and hardens, the mold opens and the part is ejected.
