압출성형(Extruding)

펠렛을 호퍼에 투입하여 압출기를 통해서 나온 수지를 압착,용융 시켜 다이 방향으로 밀어냅니다. 일정한 두께의 시트로 성형한 후 냉각,응고 시키며 연속적으로 성형합니다.

Extruding

Pellets are put into a hopper, and the resin from the extruder is pressed and melted, pushed out toward the die, and molded into a sheet of a certain thickness, cooled and solidified to form continuously.
